Morning or Afternoon (out by 5 pm)
 $425 up to 50 guests: $450 over 50 guests up to 72

At Jilbert Winery we specialize in small intimate barn setting events. Basically, we rent the loft area for events. We have years of experience at the winery, hosting events. The loft room will seat up to 72 guests for a shower. The loft is handicap accessible.

You are responsible for all food and service. This can all be handled by your caterer or by potluck. There are a number of caterers that can provide all kinds of food. Most caterers charge by the guest count.  We recommend that any new caterer visit the venue before event day so there is a clear understanding of the layout.

During your event, we will be available in the lower level for wine and beer tasting and sales. If you would like this as part of your event, you will be charged based upon the amount of wine or beer consumed by your guests. You may set a budget figure (based upon the number of bottles to serve), cash bar or open bar. We are only permitted to serve our own wine and beer. No outside alcohol is permitted to be brought into the venue.

We would require a Non-Refundable $100 deposit to “ink-in” your name on the official calendar.

Tablecloths are not included. If pressed table linens are required, please rent them from a rental store.

POLICIES REVISED 2/30/21

Public Guests Visiting

At Jilbert Winery and Brewery we enjoy welcoming and hosting our returning customers and new visitors alike. To continue to provide our guests with the best wine tasting experience and the level of customer service, we have updated our policies so that your visit with us is enjoyable.

Jilbert Winery and Brewery will no longer accept large groups (9 or more) or parties in the lower (first floor) public area. Often, large groups create a negative impact on other guests due to overcrowding. Jilbert Winery and Brewery and other local wineries are not bars. We are designed to introduce guests to our wines and offer a wine and beer experience through tastings. Our goal is to offer guests a relaxed wine and beer-focused environment.

After you conclude a relaxed wine sampling, please consider moving from the tasting bar to a more comfortable location in our tasting room, patio or sunroom. This simple courtesy will allow others who are waiting to sample our wines, so they can choose a favorite and then join the fun!

For those that would like to enjoy a glass of wine after their tasting, we offer a limited amount of indoor and outdoor seating. We do not take reservations for seating.

We do not have the capability to host birthday parties, showers or other social events on the lower level. Such parties are hosted in the upper loft dining room for a fee.

Limited outside food is permitted to include picnic basket, finger food, cheese and crackers, and pizza. No chafers or crockpots are permitted. No plug-in devices. We offer a very nice appetizer menu.

Bringing in your own music for all to hear is not allowed. It disturbs the other guests.

No alcohol other than our wine and beer may be consumed anywhere on our property.

We discourage pushing tables and chairs together.

No Limo/Bus Tours unless there is a confirmed reservation.

Weekends and Holidays are busy days at the winery. Staff members are striving to serve everyone equally and ensure a quality wine experience. We appreciate your patience as you might experience a wait in line or for a place at the tasting area.

Children must be attended at all times. No running around! It disturbs the other guests. Children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult, always. This includes the tasting room, Patio and all other areas inside and out.

Only 21 and over can sit at the serving bar.

Dogs are not allowed in the tasting room or in the sun room. Dogs are allowed in outdoor seating area only and must be on a leash, always. Please clean-up any messes caused by your pet.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Cash, debit cards, MC and VISA, and American Express can be used to purchase our wines.

Policies are subject to change at our own discretion to ensure the best possible wine and beer experience for all patrons.

Please contact us with any questions.
