Midsummer Moon

"You have a friend in mead." As natural as natural can be, mead, wine made from honey, is a drink steeped in tradition, colorful myths, legends, lyrics and poetry. Our Midsummer Moon Mead is produced with wildflower honey gathered on or about our family land in the County of Medina, Ohio. Medina is known for its long history associated with high quality honey production. Only the best quality local honeys are used in manufacturing our Mead.  On the market for only two years, our Mead has already competed and received a number of International and State level medals. Our wine has a pleasing honey and fruity taste with an inviting golden color. After exposing your taste buds during the first taste, discover and enjoy during the second taste the pronounced light and clean honey flavors. Our Mead is traditional with no fruits or spices added. It is a still table wine with a 7-8% residual sugar level and an alcohol content of 11%. It is best served chilled to slightly chilled. 750ml size available only.
