Dining at Jilbert Winery is a truly unique experience.  We invite you to come and relax as you sip wine and
enjoy our Chef's weekly creations.  Our Chef's Table is a rotating menu, changing weekly, which offers a choice of entree, choice of starch , vegetable, salad, rolls, & dessert.  A coffee, water and iced tea station is included with the Chef's table.






CHEF’S TABLE

November 21

Oriental Pepper Steak
Tender strips of beef sauted with bell peppers, red onion and pineapple all
tossed with a sweet and sour sauce

Chicken Bundles
Juicy chicken breast filled with spinach and mozzerella, rolled up and
Wrapped with smoked bacon

Fried Rice
Rice infused with teriyaki, Niagara white wine and soy sauce gently tossed
together with green onion and scrambled eggs

Herbed Penne Pasta
Tubular pasta noodles tossed with a blend of Italian seasonings

Carrot Broccoli Medley
A palate pleasing blend of carrots, broccoli, button mushrooms, and water chestnuts

Concord Poached Pears
Pear halves macerated in Concord red wine and sweetened up with a touch of
cinnamon and brown sugar

Butterscotch Brownies
Moist brownies laced with delicious butterscotch tones

Three layer Orange Ganache Cake
Moist white and orange cake layered with an orange chocolate ganache

Chicken Paprikash
Fresh seasoned chicken breasts sautéed with onions, mushrooms and
Niagara white wine, then braised in a paprika cream sauce
Slow roasted Brisket of Beef
Beef brisket coated with a sweet bbq rub and braised for over 12 hours
Spatzles
Small noodle dumplings lightly tossed in butter
Confetti Rice
Long grain white rice speckled with carrots, peas and red peppers
Roasted Corn with Zucchini
Basil zucchini coins, caramelized onion and red bell peppers tossed with roasted yellow corn
Jhelbare Applesauce
Chef Bee’s house made applesauce infused with Jhelbare honey wine

Caramel Apple Cake
Cinnamon scented cake laced with chunks of apples and drizzled with caramel

Fuzzy Navel Cheesecake
